How many months in advance do I need to book a boat?
We recommend booking your cruise at least 3-4 months prior in particular if you are looking to book in peak season November-February.
What time slots do you offer on the cruises?
All boats offer morning, afternoon and evening cruises, some have minimum 4hours and others minimum 3hrs.
Can I play my own music on the boat?
Yes you can connect your music onboard all vessels and all boats have sound systems
What foot wear is appropriate on the boats?
Most vessels operate as a no shoe boat policy to protect the flooring. Some luxury vessels may offer slippers for guest use, please enquire further.
What is the food and drink situation?
We have multiple options across the boats, catering and BYO available. We offer drink packages and full bar access on the larger boats along with the popular Aussie BBQ cooked freshly onboard for you and full set menus, canapé style offerings on some of the yachts.
What sort of deposit is required for booking a cruise?
Depending on the size of the vessel will depend on the deposit required.
A package under $5k will require a $1,000 deposit, $5k-$8k package will require $2k deposit and over $8k will require a 50% deposit.
Where do the boats cruises once sailing?
Sydney Harbour cruises the harbour and will find a secluded beach or private spot to anchor down so people can take a swim or just relax onboard with a beverage
Gold Coast cruises Broadbeach waters, see the sights of Surfers Paradise, Sovereign Island and up the Coomera River. Stop off for a swim at one of the many beaches and islands the Gold Coast seaway has to offer.
Can we swim during a cruise?
Swimming is permitted on Sydney Harbour and Gold Coast, Gold Coast larger boats may not offer swimming on short cruises.
No swimming permitted on Brisbane or Melbourne cruises.
Where do the boats pick up and drop off?
Sydney Harbour - Darling Harbour, Casino Warf, Rose Bay & Lavender Bay, some of the larger boats may offer north side Mossman & Manly at an extra cost.
Gold Coast - Marina Mirage, Surfers Paradise and Muriel Henchman Drive, Southport are common pickup locations. Since the Main Beach Marina closed in 2025, many vessels now operate from alternative pickup points. Pickup locations vary by vessel and will be confirmed upon enquiry.

How early do we need to arrive at wharf?
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to the wharf at your departure time as the boats only have a short booking slot to pick guests up, this is extremely important during peak season.
What if I have to cancel a booking?
Please speak to our team and discuss the options available depending on how much notice is given we may be able to change the date, this is done on a case by case basis as deposits are non refundable.
